We will work together until the plans are how you hoped they would be, and then we will move forward pricing your building and preparing your materials list.

When you purchase our custom plans package you get everything you need to hire your contractor and start building:

Full set of construction plans and renderings. This includes foundation plan, roof truss plan, floor plan, and electrical plan, each containing notes.
Detailed construction procedure for shell construction
(where the major monetary construction savings are derived)
Cost estimate on your finished structure (based on South Carolina local prices)
One hour of consulting with your contractor of choice
Recommendation to our preferred contractor (if available in your area)
